We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Zwift account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all manuals, cables, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the hardware or apparel, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
